Muminofrah was one of my favourite NPCs when I was reading this adventure. She's a large woman who's sensual, dangerous, and extravagant, but not evil. And you're absolutely right when you say that Paizo's range of character portrayal is wonderful and positive.
On the piece itself, I love how perfectly you've captured her character - her expression says so much about her; the easy way she's reclining; the luxuriant fabrics and all that gold jewellery. Even the touch of painting her fingernails (and toenails!) the same colour as her bracelets. I love the shine on the fabric, evoking the feeling of smooth silk; the fluffy little tassels on the pillows; and the shading on her skin. You've done a wonderful job here, and made an already interesting character even better!
